Reliability & Efficiency Engineer – Remote possible

About the role

We are looking for a Reliability & Efficiency Engineer to analyze and optimise system availability and reliability in our automated warehouses. You will own the evaluation of operational data, develop measures to boost efficiency, and support project teams and system integrators.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate system and operational data (production, operations, EWM‑MFR).
• Develop and implement actions to increase system efficiency and reliability.
• Support project management and system integrators with technical questions on systems, processes and workflows.
• Ensure smooth ramp‑up and ongoing operations while meeting technical and organisational requirements.

Required profile

• Technical apprenticeship or degree in mechanical, electrical, automation engineering or a comparable field.
• Experience in data analysis and system operations.
• Independent, structured, analytical and solution‑oriented work style.
• Assertiveness, leadership, strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75 % of the year within the DACH region and Europe.
• Business‑fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
