Reliability Data Analyst – Engineer II (Hybrid)

About the role

Collins Aerospace is seeking a detail‑oriented Reliability Data Analyst at the Engineer II level to support its Power & Controls organization. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration in Aguadilla with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating reliability data flow with external vendors.
• Review and ensure data formatting complies with Spec2000 reliability requirements.
• Perform data quality checks and statistical analysis to verify completeness and validity.
• Collaborate with vendors to plan and execute accurate data transfers.
• Normalize technical data into business metrics and support overall team data needs.
• Provide ad‑hoc data‑related assistance to the Product Performance Team.

Required profile

• STEM degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to program restrictions.
• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
