Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Hybrid (Aguadilla, PR)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our Strategic Defense Solutions team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The role blends analog and digital design, PCB development, and system integration within a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and evaluate PCBs and electronic subsystems for chassis adapters, embedded processors, and user interfaces.
• Capture requirements, create system specifications, and transition designs to manufacturing.
• Ensure products meet MIL‑STD‑461 and other applicable military standards.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software teams to integrate electrical components.
• Support system test teams and generate detailed engineering documentation.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship (required for access to program information).
• Current residence in Puerto Rico at start of employment.
• Senior‑level experience in analog and digital electrical design.
• Ability to work in a systems‑engineer environment and follow hybrid schedule (3 onsite, 2 remote).
