Regional Sales Manager – Luxury EV Brand

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth, market penetration and commercial performance for DENZA’s premium electric vehicle brand across the assigned region, reporting to the Country Manager Iberia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the Country Manager to grow market share and meet commercial targets.
• Manage dealer network performance, optimizing lead‑to‑test‑drive, test‑drive‑to‑order, and order‑to‑registration conversion rates.
• Identify new market segments and customer groups, driving omni‑channel and B2B2C business growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, industry partners, and end‑customers, acting as the DENZA brand ambassador at events.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and accurate sales forecasts for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute regional campaigns, events, and promotional activities that strengthen brand awareness.
• Ensure NPS and customer satisfaction surveys are deployed and feedback is turned into actionable improvements.
• Lead and support the regional sales team, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
