Regional Marketing Manager, Portugal & Spain

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead all marketing activities for Experimental* venues across Portugal and Spain. The role combines operational marketing, digital and CRM coordination, and on‑the‑ground activation of events and brand assets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of on‑site brand materials (menus, signage, brochures, in‑room collateral) for all properties in the region.
• Maintain accurate local information (opening hours, menus, seasonal activations) on both digital and printed platforms.
• Coordinate on‑site activations, local events and act as the primary liaison between hotel/restaurant operations and the Paris marketing team.
• Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy in line with the Experimental* brand, ensuring compliance with visual, editorial and CRM guidelines.
• Capture and provide simple visual content to support social media, assist with photoshoots, and manage community engagement on local accounts.
• Verify and update hotel and restaurant information across websites and external platforms, supporting CRM data quality.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports detailing actions, insights and performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within hospitality, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities to bridge local operations with a central marketing department.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects across different venues.
• Autonomous, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
