About the role
Join Marsh's Consulting team in Lisbon as an Insured Consulting Analyst intern, supporting the Ireland‑based consultants on pension and risk scheme projects. This 9‑month internship can lead to a permanent contract.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Defined Contribution consulting team for corporate pension and risk schemes.
- Coordinate insurer administration services and monitor Service Level Agreements.
- Handle consultancy queries from employers, members and third parties.
- Liaise with insurers on pension and risk plan matters and draft client correspondence.
- Deliver phone‑based helpline support and assist with ad‑hoc projects.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2).
- Strong planning, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a flexible attitude.
- Commitment to further studies, e.g., Qualified Financial Advisor qualification.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced Microsoft Word.
