About the role
Archer is expanding its new Porto office and is looking for an ambitious professional who wants a real career leap. No recruitment experience is required – you will receive full training and become a certified Recruitment Consultant. You will work directly with Archer’s Malta teams, helping to scale high‑performing recruitment divisions from Porto.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a proven track record (any sector).
- Ambitious, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English for daily communication with candidates.
- Fully committed to working on‑site in Porto.
