Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our Recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent across a variety of roles, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens and coordinate in‑person interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing regular updates and feedback.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits in line with company policies.
• Keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system and generate recruitment metrics reports.
• Promote Atento as an employer of choice at job fairs, industry events and through employer branding activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• High energy, passion for recruitment and proven goal‑orientation.
• Proficiency in English at B2‑C1 level.
