About the role

Quion is expanding rapidly in the Dutch mortgage market and needs a proactive Recruiter to join its Porto office. You will work closely with the Recruitment Coordinator in the Netherlands, forming a cross‑border Talent Attraction team that supports the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into compelling job descriptions.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and social‑media campaigns.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct intake interviews, screen candidates, and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
• Ensure a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and competition.
