Quality & Training Specialist – Live & Monetization (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

The Quality & Training Specialist (QTS) ensures safety policies are applied accurately and consistently at scale for live and monetisation services. This fixed‑term position (until May 2027) requires a Spanish‑speaking professional to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analytical audits of human moderation to meet accuracy, RCA and appeal success targets.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring quality issues and provide actionable feedback to operational teams.
• Interpret complex safety guidelines, validate benchmark data sets and guide enforcement accuracy.
• Lead calibration sessions and collaborate with BPO partners, PPS, PS and OGS teams to ensure policy consistency.
• Manage edge‑case escalations and ensure new policies are fully communicated and implemented.
• Utilise AI tools, QA dashboards and calibration platforms to generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Support training roll‑outs for policy updates, especially for BPO staff, accounting for roughly 20% of monthly output.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance within trust & safety, compliance or high‑volume operational environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of conducting root‑cause analysis and driving process optimisation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
