Quality & Training Specialist – Live & Monetization (French Speaker)

About the role

The Quality & Training Specialist (QTS) ensures that safety policies are applied accurately and consistently across live and monetisation moderation teams. Working on a fixed‑term contract until May 2027, you will bridge high‑level policy with day‑to‑day execution, supporting both internal staff and external BPO partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analytical audits of human moderation to meet accuracy, RCA and appeal success targets.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on recurring quality issues and translate findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines.
• Interpret complex safety policies, validate benchmark data sets and provide expert judgment on high‑risk cases.
• Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency across moderation teams and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Manage edge‑case escalations, ensuring rapid and accurate resolution.
• Utilise AI tools, QA dashboards and RCA platforms to generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Support training roll‑outs for new policy changes, especially for BPO staff, accounting for roughly 20% of monthly deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance within trust & safety, compliance or high‑volume operational environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of conducting root‑cause analysis and driving process optimisation.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as operational needs dictate.

Required skills

• Experience with QA dashboards and RCA tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted performance improvement.
• Fluency in French and English.
