Quality Specialist (Junior Position)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Specialist to join our mobility and fleet‑management business. In this junior position you will support internal quality reviews, monitor performance indicators and help shape a robust Quality Management System across our shared services centre.

Key responsibilities

• Perform internal quality reviews and audits of operational processes, transactions and customer interactions.
• Monitor quality KPIs, identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, and report findings.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on recurring issues, process failures and customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain quality control frameworks, procedures, guidelines and documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of all TLD updates.
• Design and deploy a Quality Management System to guarantee service consistency.
• Lead the roadmap toward ISO 9001 certification in the medium term.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance to operational teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement or Project Management (SSC experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in process mapping and presentation tools.
• High resilience, strong organisational skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Continuous‑improvement DNA with the ability to influence quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and fluency in English.
