Quality Engineer – Product Lifecycle & Continuous Improvement

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure excellence across the product lifecycle, acting as the bridge between factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing. You will help deliver world‑class sanitary products while driving continuous improvement and safe product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects.
• Track and drive project maturity levels.
• Conduct process audits to maintain top‑tier standards.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures.
• Support safe launch activities within the product group.
• Lead continuous improvement projects for new and existing products.
• Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of practical quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus).
• Experience with APQP/Stage Gate processes.
• Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.
