Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure excellence across the product lifecycle, acting as the bridge between factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing. You will help deliver world‑class sanitary components in a fast‑growing global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quality methods such as FMEA to projects and track project maturity.
• Conduct process audits and maintain top‑tier standards.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support safe product launches within your product group.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives for new and existing products.
• Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of practical quality‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 a plus).
• Familiarity with APQP/Stage‑Gate processes.
• Additional quality‑management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.
