Quality Assurance Engineer – French Fluent – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Engineer who is fluent in French and can work remotely from Portugal. The role focuses on functional testing of complex web applications, especially e‑commerce and multilingual platforms, and requires a solid understanding of supply‑chain business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional and manual tests to verify that applications meet quality standards.
• Analyse business requirements, acceptance criteria and prepare test data.
• Document testing activities, results and produce progress reports.
• Report, track and follow up defects using a ticketing system.
• Facilitate business workshops and collaborate with project managers, product owners, developers and stakeholders.
• Propose solutions for identified defects and quality issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong experience in functional/manual testing within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test design and execution.
• Ability to comprehend complex supply‑chain processes (mandatory).
• Fluent in English and French.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
