QA/Test Lead – French Speaker (Hybrid, Porto)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking an experienced QA/Test Lead who is fluent in French to join its Porto hub. The role combines hands‑on testing expertise with team leadership, supporting multiple client projects across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test plans and test cases based on functional requirements.
• Lead and mentor a QA team, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and adherence to testing best practices.
• Identify risks, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Execute functional, regression and API tests, and report results using Quality Center.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing activities.
• Proven experience leading QA teams.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (plus).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto.
