Proposal & Business Development Specialist

About the role

pubGENIUS, a React.js and Next.js development agency focused on DeFi, fintech and healthcare, is seeking a data‑driven Proposal & Business Development Specialist. You will join a fully remote sales team to craft high‑impact proposals, acquire new clients and translate technical concepts into clear, client‑friendly language.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate project opportunities on platforms such as Upwork and other lead sources.
• Review client requirements and create tailored, high‑quality proposals aligned with their needs.
• Write, refine and optimise proposal content to maintain brand voice and strong positioning.
• Manage outreach, maintain timely communication with prospects, and track proposal performance.
• Analyse proposal data to uncover patterns and improve conversion strategies.
• Collaborate with developers to accurately represent technical capabilities.
• Provide regular pipeline reports and insights to management.

Required profile

• Background in proposal writing, sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong English writing skills (minimum B2‑C1 level).
• Analytical mindset with experience in data collection and analysis.
• Independent, proactive and comfortable working with cross‑functional, international teams.
• Genuine interest in technology and digital products.
