Store Manager

About the role

Our Store Managers lead a retail team to deliver an outstanding customer experience, drive sales and ensure profitability. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee all store operations, hiring, training and visual merchandising for a Catalyst Brands location.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute action plans using statistical data and market knowledge to meet financial, service and operational goals.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain top talent, providing coaching and feedback to maximize performance.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising, visual displays and operational procedures.
• Control expenses such as payroll and training to improve profitability.
• Perform POS transactions during designated shifts and manage the store in the absence of an Assistant Manager.
