Project Manager – Organizational Improvement

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead organizational assessments and drive sustainable improvements across national and international projects. The role combines analytical thinking with hands‑on implementation to help our growing team of over 2,430 professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Map processes, define team strategies and ensure structured reporting.
• Design operating models and organizational structures aligned with business objectives.
• Provide end‑to‑end project support, from consulting and analysis through implementation.
• Manage internal stakeholders across international teams and ensure project governance, timelines and deliverables meet high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (3‑6 years) in project management or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach to execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus.
