D2C E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a D2C E‑Commerce Specialist, acting as the primary technical partner for brand‑market digital and e‑commerce initiatives. You will maintain and enhance D2C offers, manage website content, and drive business growth through optimized online experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execution of webmastering activities for brand marketing websites, D2C webshop and mobile applications.
• Timely submission and documentation of webmastering tasks.
• Testing functionality and ensuring SEO‑optimized content based on recommendations.
• Monitoring KPIs, analysing data and presenting actionable insights to the business.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms, preferably Magento2.
• University degree in digital technologies or a related field.
• Excellent written English and strong editing skills.
• Experience in QA testing and running test activities.
• Familiarity with SEO and basic UX principles.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
