Project Manager

About the role

Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Project Execution Team. You will lead complex transport‑related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources for efficient project execution.
• Define project objectives, requirements, and plans, monitoring progress continuously.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes; report and escalate critical issues.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, gathering detailed requirements.
• Conduct risk management and ensure compliance with health, safety, and documentation standards.
• Establish and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate claims and variation orders.
• Develop delay analyses, cost and productivity assessments, and alternative project scenarios.
• Prepare and present claims, manage escalations, and support client negotiations.
• Produce structured reports, maintain accurate project documentation, and monitor emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, Tax, and Compliance.

Required profile

• Strong leadership with the ability to manage ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interpreting and preparing international contractual documentation.
• Critical thinking, complex problem‑solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Social awareness and intercultural competence.
• More than 3 years of project‑management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
