Project Manager

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Project Manager with a strong operational mindset to support leadership in driving cross‑functional initiatives, streamlining reporting, and scaling AI‑driven automation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve internal reporting cadence, including bi‑weekly PM reports, leadership updates, CEO briefings, All‑Hands, and Board materials.
• Implement and scale AI‑powered automations to streamline reporting and other recurring operational processes, identifying new automation opportunities.
• Drive cross‑functional processes such as rollout logs, retrospectives, onboarding, and bottleneck identification.
• Monitor KPIs and resource allocation, preparing regular reports that highlight blockers or under‑utilized resources and propose solutions.
• Support leadership with ad‑hoc initiatives, including research, vendor coordination, contract reviews, and candidate pre‑screening.
• Partner with product managers, team leads, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Proactively identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles, preferably in tech or product environments.
• Proven experience owning recurring reporting cycles and preparing materials for diverse audiences.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and automation, including LLM‑based workflows and no‑code/low‑code platforms.
