Project Manager – IT Projects (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for our clients. The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon, and offers the chance to work with diverse international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, priorities and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate project risks, dependencies and issues.
• Track project budgets, schedules and performance against targets.
• Apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and, when required, Waterfall methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing software development or IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Optional: PMP, PRINCE2, PSM certification or similar.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Jira and Confluence.
• Waterfall project management.
