Project Manager Data Migration & Reporting Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic reporting initiatives and oversee a critical data migration project within a KYC/AML environment. The role focuses on transforming manual reporting processes into automated Power BI solutions while ensuring data integrity and business continuity during migration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and automation of a strategic reporting suite, transitioning from manual processes to Power BI.
• Manage migration from legacy systems to target data platforms, guaranteeing data quality and continuity.
• Coordinate project governance activities, including planning, risk identification, mitigation, and delivery monitoring.
• Act as the main liaison between technical teams, IT departments, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project scope, change requests, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in data migration and reporting transformation projects.
• Background in KYC, AML, compliance, risk, or other regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder orchestration skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
