Project Manager – Integration & Transition

About the role

Decskill is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead integration and transition initiatives for its clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure methodological compliance, and drive successful project outcomes in a fast‑moving digital transformation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead transition management teams for integration assessments, scoping activities, and transition projects.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Manage and monitor integration project budgets.
• Coordinate with internal support functions (Sourcing, Middle Office, HR, IT) involved in integration activities.
• Ensure deployment and compliance with the defined project methodology.
• Verify the suitability and effectiveness of tools used throughout projects.
• Present and promote the working methodology to secure client buy‑in and engagement.
• Validate client readiness and alignment with integration prerequisites, including governance structures and change‑management plans.
• Establish, deploy, and oversee project governance, including stakeholder management, steering committees, and governance meetings.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure successful integration and transition outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex integration or transition projects.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and drive governance processes.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Capability to work collaboratively across multiple internal functions.
