IT Project Manager – TSA Carve-out (Pharma)

About the role

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead TSA carve‑out and IT separation activities within a complex pharma divestiture. You will be responsible for coordinating the migration of applications, infrastructure, data and services while ensuring business continuity and a successful TSA exit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT carve‑out and TSA exit projects, managing timelines, budgets and risks.
• Coordinate separation and migration of applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, security and end‑user services.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and governance reporting.
• Manage cross‑functional teams, external vendors and system integrators throughout the transition.
• Support cut‑over planning, go‑live activities, hyper‑care and post‑transition stabilization.

Required profile

• Strong experience in IT project management within large‑scale transformation, separation or M&A programs.
• Proven track record managing TSA carve‑outs, exits or IT separation projects.
• Experience coordinating complex application, infrastructure, data and integration migrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Background in the pharmaceutical or life‑sciences industry is mandatory.
