Project Manager – Finance Transformation

About the role

This role is central to delivering Finance Transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will simplify processes, improve systems and enable more efficient ways of working within Finance, supporting smarter decision‑making and stronger controls.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Finance Transformation projects from planning through to delivery.
• Create and manage clear project plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology and Business Services stakeholders to drive progress.
• Ensure projects stay on scope, timeline, budget and quality.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies and support timely resolution.
• Prepare updates and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to analyse current processes and define improvements.
• Support implementation of new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve Finance processes.
• Capture learnings and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Background or understanding of Finance processes is beneficial.
• Experience in transformation, process improvement or system implementation (e.g., ERP) is helpful.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and follow a structured delivery approach.
• Commercial awareness and effective resource management.
• Familiarity with project‑management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Ability to work across global, matrixed organisations.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
