Project Management Coordinator (Transformation Hub)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Management Coordinator to join our growing Transformation Hub. The role supports strategic transformation programmes across a global organisation, ensuring alignment, transparency and momentum. You will work closely with programme leads, stakeholders and transformation teams to turn plans into action.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the Transformation Hub, including deliverables and follow‑up actions.
• Support the rollout of OKRs by planning, stakeholder coordination and progress tracking.
• Maintain frameworks, templates, tools and related documentation.
• Drive community‑engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Organise meetings, workshops and events from scheduling to action tracking.
• Prepare presentations, reports and stakeholder updates.
• Support governance processes and ensure key information is documented and accessible.
• Track project actions, milestones and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep transformation initiatives aligned and visible.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement activities that enhance programme effectiveness.

Required profile

• Experience in PMO, project coordination or programme support.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Proven experience supporting project planning, coordination, tracking and documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across cross‑functional and international teams.
• Proactive, structured and dependable work approach.
• Fluent English communication skills.
