Project Management Business Partner

About the role

Airbus is seeking a motivated Project Management Business Partner to support key initiatives across the company and promote a project‑management culture. The role sits at the intersection of management and operations, providing expertise to the A320 Family Development PM Office and ensuring projects deliver on time, cost, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with project leaders and project teams to drive progress.
• Increase PM awareness and acceptance through coaching sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Apply Airbus PM standards, methods and tools to meet project needs.
• Facilitate efficient communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Integrate and analyse time, cost, resource and quality data to support decision‑making.
