Project Leader/Manager – French Speaker (IT Industrialization)

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Project Leader/Manager who is fluent in French to drive IT industrialisation initiatives. You will work within a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve software delivery pipelines and embed quality standards across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the assessment, definition and standardisation of quality gates for software projects.
• Enhance CI/CD practices and promote DevOps culture throughout the organisation.
• Manage end‑to‑end IT industrialisation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for AI‑driven innovation and accessibility improvements.
• Communicate project status and technical concepts effectively in both French and English.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably focused on IT industrialisation.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and quality assurance.
• Fluent French (minimum B2) and excellent English communication skills.
