Program Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

Knowledgeworks is seeking a Program Manager – Infrastructure to lead a strategic technology transformation initiative. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, ensure alignment across teams, and keep executive stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and dependencies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the execution of multiple project streams.
• Ensure alignment and collaboration between different teams and business areas.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders and organizational functions.
• Consolidate and centralize reporting activities with the PMO.
• Track programme progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Provide structured updates and status reports to executive stakeholders.
• Support decision‑making through clear communication and effective governance practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to communicate with executive‑level stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to build bridges between departments and act as a facilitator.
• Good understanding of data‑center environments and related technologies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
