Production Life Cycle Management Engineer - Electric Solutions

Join Bosch to shape the future of sustainable heating technology. As a Production Life Cycle Management Engineer you will drive continuous improvement of electrified heating solutions across their entire product lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality, performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and monitor product changes for cost optimisation, quality improvement and regulatory compliance, from requirement definition to series production.
• Analyse existing heating products, identify improvement opportunities and support validation activities.
• Develop, validate and roll‑out engineering changes across multiple product platforms throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, Product Management, Quality and Service teams internationally to ensure successful change implementation.
• Act as the main interface between stakeholders, guaranteeing transparent communication and effective coordination.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in hardware development, testing, validation or manufacturing of technical products.
• Familiarity with heat‑pump, HVAC or comparable thermal‑management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering change management, product lifecycle activities and relevant industry standards is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
