Product Owner & Technical Lead – Digital Quality Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Product Owner & Technical Lead to drive digital transformation within our Quality Management department. You will shape the vision and delivery of two existing digital products that improve product compliance, data‑driven decision‑making and automation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives and customer requirements into user‑centric product features and epics.
• Act as the main liaison for stakeholders such as Quality Engineers, Compliance Officers, Auditors and Production Teams, gathering detailed needs through workshops and interviews.
• Maintain and prioritize a comprehensive product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with technical development teams to turn backlog items into high‑quality releases.
• Champion the voice of internal quality‑management users throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a digital or software environment.
• Strong ability to understand complex quality processes and translate them into actionable product items.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on data‑driven outcomes.
