About the role
As an Enterprise Security Architect you will set the direction for Nokia’s security architecture across business groups, central functions and strategic technology programs. You will lead multiple complex, cross‑functional initiatives such as cloud transformation, Zero Trust adoption, M&A security assessments and AI‑driven automation.
Key responsibilities
- Define forward‑looking security architecture strategies and influence the company’s security roadmap.
- Architect and validate end‑to‑end solutions covering Zero Trust, IAM, multi‑cloud security (Azure, GCP, AWS), network and application segmentation, AI security and cyber‑resiliency.
- Serve as a trusted security advisor to senior stakeholders, providing guidance on supplier risk, M&A due diligence and regulatory interactions.
- Identify and remediate vulnerabilities through security assessments, penetration‑testing insights and cost‑efficient hardening recommendations.
- Champion innovation by budgeting, presenting and delivering new security solutions within a cloud‑first environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of enterprise security architecture experience.
- Deep expertise in modern security domains (Zero Trust, IAM, multi‑cloud, AI security) and familiarity with threat‑modeling frameworks (MITRE, STRIDE, Kill‑Chain) and standards (NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
- Executive‑level communication skills to influence C‑suite, business leaders and government entities.
- Hands‑on experience with security automation, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Ansible) and relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH).
