Product Owner – Salesforce (Remote)

About the role

Popular is seeking a Product Owner with a focus on Salesforce to lead the product backlog and ensure delivery of high‑value features. This remote, full‑time position bridges stakeholders and the development team, translating customer needs into a clear product vision.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with customers, business leaders, and developers to gather and validate requirements.
• Plan releases, balance business objectives with technical constraints, and schedule sprint activities.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, provide real‑time feedback, and accept or reject completed work based on acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least three years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
