Product Manager

About the role

Popular is seeking a Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of digital banking features. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate customer needs into high‑quality product enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and strategy for digital banking solutions.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept through release and monitoring.
• Manage release schedules, budgets, KPIs and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate communication across cross‑functional teams, including scrum teams, marketing, and support.
• Conduct market and idea research to inform product decisions.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience and monitor product performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• At least three years of experience in project or product management, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Project Management, Product Management or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
