Product Management Specialist

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Management Specialist to develop product strategies, manage existing product lines, and drive market penetration. You will work closely with partners, finance, and technology teams to shape product roadmaps and deliver enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project elements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Compile market research to inform product improvements.
• Liaise with Finance to develop business case justifications.
• Research and evaluate potential business partners.
• Gather competitive positioning data to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience in product management, product development, and project management is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning and analytical abilities.
• Business acumen with a focus on delivering customer and company value.
