About the role

Over the course of this 18‑month program, you’ll build specialized expertise through hands‑on experience, structured learning, and mentorship from industry leaders. You’ll work on real business challenges, applying your skills to projects that create meaningful impact while deepening your knowledge of Mastercard’s business and developing technical, analytical, and professional capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Identify and measure product and business metrics to increase adoption and understand customers’ ongoing needs.
Conduct iterative experiments to identify and prioritise key features for inclusion in product releases and the product roadmap.
Assist customers to resolve operational issues that have been escalated.

Required profile

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
Available to start 1 September 2027.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude.
High‑energy, can‑do attitude and a very strong sense of ownership.
