Product Experience Designer Lead

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for an experienced Product Experience Designer Lead to lead UX and UI design on a significant banking project. The role suits someone with a strong portfolio who can create intuitive, engaging user experiences for front-end applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user journeys and UI screens
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Demonstrable portfolio showing expertise in user journey mapping and UI design
• Strong understanding of front-end design principles and best practices
• Desired: excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a hybrid environment, and experience in banking or financial services (a plus)
