Graphic Designer – B2B Marketing Agency

About the role

Dapper is seeking a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye and pioneering spirit to help build the world’s #1 B2B marketing agency. You will turn ideas into visual stories that bring client brands to life across digital channels for a diverse range of B2B businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets—including static designs and motion graphics—for client brands across social media, ads, and product interfaces.
• Develop animated content such as kinetic typography, logo animations, and UI/product animations.
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, project managers, and marketers to ensure consistency and quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in a B2B, fast‑scaling, or agency environment.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and a solid understanding of design principles.
