Product Development Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to create technical designs, monitor product performance daily, and drive continuous improvements within our fast‑growing wellness manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and interpret technical drawings.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Structure and organize production tasks and workstations.
• Optimize and standardize manufacturing processes.
• Apply structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Dynamic, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
• Strong learning ability and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 3D CAD software – Fusion 360 and SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with Quality Management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
