Industrial Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Industrial Maintenance Technician to independently perform maintenance on production equipment and facility infrastructure. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reliability, and safety within our manufacturing plant.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on maintenance and repair of industrial machinery such as spray‑up equipment, polyurethane systems, ovens, heaters, and small electrical machines.
• Support installation, commissioning and start‑up of new production equipment.
• Maintain and repair electrical installations, including medium‑voltage systems, conduct routine inspections and resolve faults.
• Maintain building infrastructure – plumbing, HVAC, structural elements and other services – diagnosing issues and coordinating external contractors when needed.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans for machinery, electrical systems and the facility.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production and Technical teams to source spare parts and support operations.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in maintenance and repair within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Technical or vocational qualification in electromechanics, industrial maintenance or a related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering degree).
• Knowledge and practical experience with electrical installations, preferably medium‑voltage systems.
