Purchasing Manager

About the role

Superior Wellness is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead and execute its procurement activities. Reporting directly to senior management, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on purchasing in a fast‑growing wellness product manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s purchasing strategy.
• Negotiate and evaluate suppliers to secure competitive terms.
• Lead Bill‑of‑Materials (BOM) analysis and optimisation for cost competitiveness.
• Ensure purchase requests and raw‑material deliveries meet required deadlines.
• Define, monitor and report purchasing and logistics KPIs.
• Execute day‑to‑day purchasing operations without direct reports.

Required profile

• Strategic mindset paired with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented approach.
• Strong ownership, autonomy and ability to work without a support team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar purchasing role covering the full procurement function.
• Fluent English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of PHC Management Software is a plus.
