Product Designer

About the role

As a Product Designer at Air Apps, you will create intuitive, delightful experiences across mobile (iOS and Android) and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to translate complex requirements into elegant, user‑centered designs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand needs and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries ensuring cohesive look across iOS, Android, and web while respecting platform guidelines.
• Own the full design process from concept to pixel‑perfect visual design, delivering responsive experiences across devices.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape strategy and with Engineers to ensure feasibility and smooth handoff.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to improve satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and usability.
• Familiarity with native mobile design patterns and responsive web design principles.
