Product Designer

About the role

Iterable is seeking a Product Designer to join its Experimentation & Attribution team. You will design intuitive features that help marketers understand performance, run experiments, and optimize messaging for millions of daily recipients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and deliver end‑to‑end design solutions.
• Identify opportunities, conduct UX research, and shape discovery activities within scope and constraints.
• Prototype designs at varying fidelity levels to solve complex challenges and validate concepts with customers.
• Partner with engineering throughout implementation, testing, iterating, and ensuring the full design vision is realized.
• Provide constructive feedback and critique to elevate the overall quality of the design team’s output.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a product design role.
• Strong ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Growth mindset and ownership attitude aligned with Iterable’s core values.
