About the role
Revolut is looking for a Product Designer to lead the design process from discovery to delivery, keeping customers at the heart of every feature. This fast‑track hiring sprint offers a rapid path to join a fintech leader that serves over 75 million users worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to define user needs and success metrics.
- Research, prototype, and design end‑to‑end flows for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Conduct guerrilla testing and customer workshops to validate concepts.
- Present design solutions during reviews and iterate based on performance data.
- Own the quality of released features, analysing metrics and driving improvements.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience designing commercial applications in‑house.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
- Ability to think strategically while delivering detailed, pixel‑perfect designs.
