Product Designer – TeamViewer ONE & AI

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a Product Designer to shape the experience of TeamViewer ONE and TeamViewer AI. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to turn complex problems into intuitive, high‑impact features for a global B2B audience.

Key responsibilities

• Own complete features from sketch to live product, ensuring clear, accessible and consistent design across complex workflows.
• Plan and run customer interviews and usability tests, turning findings into actionable design decisions.
• Extend and maintain the design system while designing every state of a user flow, including happy path, error and edge cases.
• Collaborate with engineers to review builds before release and monitor feature performance after launch.

Required profile

• Strong interface and interaction craft with a focus on accessibility and consistency.
• Hands‑on research experience, able to run interviews or usability tests and act on the results.
• Comfort making trade‑offs between scope, quality and time without explicit guidance.
• Confidence to articulate design decisions to product managers and engineers.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI prototyping tools.
• Experience extending and using a design system.
• Ability to work with product analytics and unmoderated testing platforms.
• Familiarity with research platforms for interviews and usability testing.
