Process Operator – Production (Putsch Filters)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of our equipment, focusing on Putsch filters. The role involves supporting the production line in a dynamic, shift‑based environment within our sugar manufacturing facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, specifically Putsch filters.
• Prepare pre‑runs and monitor ongoing processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and work area.
• Collect samples and assist quality‑control activities.
• Safely operate material‑handling machines such as forklifts and dumpers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and safety.

Required profile

• Responsible, dynamic, and team‑oriented.
• Eager to learn and contribute to process improvements.
• Available to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
• Industrial environment experience is a plus.
• Experience operating material‑handling machines is a plus.
• Minimum education: high school (12th grade) preferred.

Required skills

• Operation of Putsch filter equipment.
• Forklift and dumper handling.
