Junior Draftsman – Industrial Mechanics

About the role

Quadrante is looking for a Junior Draftsman specialized in industrial mechanics to join its Lisbon office. You will work on high‑impact building and industrial projects, supporting engineers and designers to turn concepts into precise technical drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and preparation of technical drawings for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Produce and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist in creating layouts, equipment arrangements, piping drawings, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to guarantee drawing accuracy and consistency.
• Revise and update drawings according to design changes and project developments.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and drawing records.
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Completed 12th grade, preferably with a technical drawing, drafting, or related course.
• Mandatory knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Previous professional experience in technical drafting or industrial projects is valued.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Attention to detail, strong organization, and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
