Principal System Product & Strategic Partner Manager

About the role

As the Principal System Product & Strategic Partner Manager at Bosch, you will lead the growth of the Home Comfort Electric Solutions partner ecosystem and define a cross‑product system solution roadmap for heating, building and energy technologies. You will work closely with engineering, sales and external partners to deliver integrated smart‑home and energy‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Pioneer and expand the Bosch Home Comfort partner ecosystem, establishing long‑term strategic alliances.
• Define, validate and execute a visionary roadmap covering cross‑product features and system solutions.
• Drive digital business models, leveraging cloud‑to‑cloud APIs and SaaS monetisation strategies.
• Integrate Bosch appliances with leading smart‑home and energy‑management networks.
• Collaborate with system engineering and international sales teams to scale ecosystem offerings globally.
• Conduct market research and trend forecasting to benchmark Bosch systems against competitors.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in technical product management, system architecture, strategic business development or partner management, preferably in IoT, HVAC, energy or smart‑home sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market trends into product strategies.
